AI uses gpt-4.1 on Azure AI Foundry. The baseline AI allotment is 500 workflow tasks each month; overage packs apply only after that allotment.
The included AI allotment is sized for ordinary small-firm use. Overage billing applies only to heavy usage above the included allowance.
Additional storage is billed at $25 per 100 GB or $100 per 500 GB. Additional AI usage is billed at $25 per 100-task pack or $100 per 500-task pack. Client portal users are not billed as internal seats.
